Regulamin konkursu "Multimedialna pocztówka z Europy" 

1. Organizatorem konkursu jest: 

  Przedszkole z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi nr 226 

 „Małego Europejczyka” 

w Warszawie 

2. Cele konkursu: 

→ Promowanie miast i regionów Polski oraz Europy. 

→ Kształtowanie przynależności do danego miejsca na Ziemi – swojej “małej ojczyzny”. 

→ Rozwijanie wśród dzieci innowacyjności i kreatywności. 

→ Zainteresowanie dzieci nowoczesnymi technologiami informacyjno-komunikacyjnymi. 

→ Upowszechnianie działań realizacji projektu „Mały Europejczyk w świecie nowoczesnych technologii” programu Erasmus+. 

3. Konkurs przeznaczony jest dla dzieci w wieku 3-10 lat, rodziców oraz nauczycieli. 

4. Zadaniem uczestników jest stworzenie multimedialnej pocztówki przy użyciu wybranego programu komputerowego z wykorzystaniem pracy plastycznej dziecka. 

5. Prace przekazane na konkurs powinny być pracami wykonanymi wspólnie z nauczycielem lub rodzicem. 

6. Stworzoną pracę w formacie .gif lub link należy przesłać na adres mailowy: konkurs@przedszkole226.waw.pl z informacją zawierającą: imię i nazwisko autora oraz jego wiek , imię i nazwisko nauczyciela koordynującego wewnętrznie konkurs w placówce, nazwę i adres placówki. 

7. Prace konkursowe należy przesłać do dnia 18.06.2021r. 

8. Nadesłane prace jury oceni pod względem: pomysłowości, oryginalności oraz walorów artystycznych. 

9. Rozstrzygnięcie konkursu nastąpi dnia 21.06.2021. Wyniki konkursu zostaną ogłoszone na blogu konkursowym: https://p226europejskikonkurs.blogspot.com/ 

Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do nie wyłonienia zwycięzców. 

10. Dokonując zgłoszenia do konkursu Uczestnicy zapewniają, iż przekazane przez nich w zgłoszeniu dane osobowe zostały pozyskane i przekazane za zgodą osób, których dane dotyczą, a w przypadku dzieci – za pisemną zgodą ich rodziców. 

11. Przystąpienie do konkursu jest równoznaczne z oświadczeniem, że uczestnik posiada pełnię praw autorskich, osobistych do przesłanej pracy oraz, że praca konkursowa nie narusza praw osób trzecich. 

12. Uczestnik konkursu udziela organizatorowi bezterminowej i nieodpłatnej zgody na korzystanie
z prac konkursowych stosownie do potrzeb organizatora, między innymi na stronie internetowej organizatora konkursu. 

13. Prace zostaną nagrodzone dyplomami dla uczestników: dla dzieci i placówki (przesłanymi na adres zwrotny email). 

14. Po konkursie Organizator konkursu zastrzega sobie prawo do opublikowania nadesłanych prac pod adresem strony internetowej przedszkola, na wydarzeniu eTwinning (strona konkursowa) i na blogu konkursowym.

The competition regulations "Multimedia postcard from Europe" 

1. The competition is organized by: 

  Przedszkole z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi nr 226 

 „Małego Europejczyka” 

w Warszawie 

2. The purpose of the competition:

→ Promoting Polish and European cities and regions. 

→ Shaping belonging to a given place on Earth - your "own" homeland ". 

→ Developing innovation and creativity among children. 

→ Engaging children in modern information and communication technologies. 

→ Disseminating the implementation of the Erasmus + project "Little European in Modern Technologies".

3. The competition is open to preschoolers and school students  (age 3-10) with teachers or parents from Poland and abroad, hereinafter referred to as the "participant". 

4. To take part in the competition, the entrant must send a multimedia e-postcard from a European city. The participants' task is to create a multimedia postcard using a computer program with use showing the child's art.

5. The competition entries should be created by children together with teachers or parents.

6. The created competitions entries ( on format .gif or the link)  should be sent  to email adress:  konkurs@przedszkole226.waw.pl with information: name and  last name of author, age, name and last name of the coordinating teacher internally a competition at the preschool, and name and adress of a preschool.  

7.  The submission of entries until 18/06/2021.  

8. The jury will judge in such categories as: creativity, originality and artistic value.

9. The competition will be adjudicated on 21/06/2021. The results of the competition will be announced on the website of competition blog: https://p226europejskikonkurs.blogspot.com/ .

The organizer reserves the right not to select the winners.

10. By submitting an application for the competition, the participant ensures that the personal data provided in the application was obtained and conveyed with the consent of the data subjects, in the case of minors , with the consent of their statutory representative to

participate in the competition.

11. The participant declares that the Competition entry is their own work and that they have full copyrights to the Competition entry, as well as that these rights are not limited or encumbered in any way for the benefit of third parties.

12.  Participants grant the kindergarten - Przedszkole z Oddziałami Integracyjnymi nr 226 "Małego Europejczyka" w Warszawie  a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence for the entire duration of the copyrights, to use, store, reproduce, modify, create derivate works, print, publish, communicate to the public or otherwise make publicly available, in any format, medium and language, whether in print or electronically the submitted pictures. 

13. The competition works will be awarded with diplomas for particopants: for children and institutions (sent to the return e-mail address).

14. After the competition, the submitted works may be published in kindergarten websites , in an eTwinning event (competition website) and in the competition blog.
